6 Month Pictures

These are some of my favorite pictures from our 6 month photo session w/ Lindsay Ernst Photography. Love, love, LOVE her work. Would post A LOT more, but you know my luck with posting pictures :)

This face is one of my favorite TJ faces. I LOVE his eyebrows. I'm so glad she was able to capture it!
Who could resist this smile?
He's my favorite...
Best buds... already!
Happy Little Family :)

August

Another "bad request".
Blogger does not like me.
Here is the August preview. More to come.

Chicago, IL.
We usually get up before daddy.
First "L" ride.
First plane ride.
Right before we left for our trip. He sits so pretty.

This may have been staged.
When daddy feeds TJ, it's a little messier. :)
First highchair experience!
6 months old. WOW!
Someone stole my baby and left me this little man!!
Playing with Cousin Tucker... and Spiderman.
Laughs!!
Sweet, sweet, baby.
Found my feet!
Can't leave TJ unattended under the playgym, anymore.

July.. in a Nut Shell

Wow, how summer flies!

Sorry about the hiatus from blogging. It's gotten pretty frustrating waiting for pictures to upload only to receive an error that they weren't able to post. Hopefully in 2 months, they have fixed the problem?!

Seems like I say that every time I post.

Let's get to business.. this is what we've been up to..

Sweet baby feet. We love them. Every bit of them.
Raised eyebrow. My favorite.
Who's so big?!
First time in the pool! TJ loves the water. Meet the next Michael Phelps.
Loving this little guy to pieces.
First time eating food. Not too sure about it. Now he can't get enough of it.
Yummy.

Another "Bad Request"

So apparently, I have a lot of "bad requests" when I try to upload photos. Maybe that means, I need to post more posts rather than trying to squeeze it all in one post? Hmm..

Anyway... on to what is important. Apparentely, TJ did not get his dad's shopping stamina. I knew that I couldn't keep up with him... looks like TJ and I will be hanging out in the food court while dad shops from now on :)

My little man discovered how to roll over on his 4 month birthday. Right after we got home from the Doctor's office & we had to tell her that he wasn't rolling over. It was probably accidental because he would never take his arm out from underneath him. And, after a few "mishaps" (successful times rolling over) he has discovered that it is too scary & has stopped!!
TJ's first 4th of July. The kids next door had quite the show. And just the right size for TJ. I did have him in 4th of July pj's but... TJ had his own explosion and it didn't have to do with fireworks. :)
SO BIG! Obviously we're a little behind as he is already 5 months!!

I just love him to pieces. ;)

Has it really been a month??

Hard to believe that we haven't posted in a month. Maybe it's because last time it seemed to take AGES to upload my photos. Hopefully this time, it will be easier & faster. I've had lofty goals of trying to blog every week. Maybe once I get caught up this will be easier. For now..

Finally! We got a picture with one of our favorite anesthesiologists.. Dr Carl Heine. We have to give him credit for providing my momma with an enjoyable labor & delivery.

Mom's having a hard time figuring out how to get my pictures to go in chronological order so you'll have to work with us here. This is my 2nd experience at the College World Series. It was miserable but I tried to make the most of it. Talk about HOT! It was cooler in the womb!
Mom & I being goofy.
My first (and probably last) picture in front of Rosenblatt Stadium... so unfortunate.
The cooler of the 2 CWS experiences. Mom & I wore our Creighton Blue & pretended like they were playing. Mom & Dad said that baseball is pretty boring... but as you can see, I quite enjoyed it!
To play in the exersaucer or watch TV. Definitely watch TV.
So proud to be a bluejay!!
Happy Father's Day to the Best Daddy... EVER!
This is on my actual 4 month birthday. Right before mom & dad took me in to get my shots (this is obvious since I still have a smile on my face). Mom tried to tell me that if I wore this onsie to "brown-nose", maybe they wouldn't give me my shots. It didn't work.
Breakfast of Champions is working!! 15.6 lbs (62%) and 27in (97th%)!!

It's official. Grandma Tran has retired!! We celebrated by surprising her with family photos and a family dinner. She was very surprised. Needless to say, we had to do a little "white lying" to get her to dress accordingly... and show up... but it was worth it! These photos were taken by J Sallenbach photography & we are quite impressed with what she was able to get with 7 (6 grandkids & 1 grandpa) uncooperative persons!

Life begins at retirement... I'd maybe say... Life begins after you have children but I still might be on a "new mom high". :)

Adam's Progress

Adam & Laura Molzer came to visit us on March 16th. TJ was just shy of 1 month. The head control wasn't there, smiles were reserved for gas relief, and he was still trying to figure out life outside of the womb. That meant that TJ was a good challenge for Adam. Right about this time, I think Adam said, "ok, what do I do, WHAT DO I DO?"

Fast forward 3 months later & Adam is a pro. Nevermind the stiff arm...

How long do you suppose he could hold my 15lb child like this?! :)

Not long at all...!! :) Hey... get your hands on the wheel!!

And I couldn't post without showing off our proud dads...

Thanks for inviting us out to the lake. TJ had several firsts: beach time, boat ride, and driving a boat! :) Hope to see you soon!
